I recently came across an ad.
The ad was for a company that is promising to pay out thousands of dollars to members who spread the word about the site. The flyer represents the company as the next Google, and promises some extremely large returns for bringing new members to the site. However, a little research shows that this may be something else. Wazzub is advertising their MLM scam everywhere and printing that they have spent millions of dollars designing a state of the art website. The flyer say that the members will receive half of the "billions" of dollars that they will be receiving for selling their advertising space if they are signed up before a certain date. Of course, I signed up. Then I found out what I am dealing with. This company is owned by another outfit, and they are not even a business that is related to computers at all. GIT Global Investments is the company that is listed in the whois for their domain, and they are registered as a laundry and personal service provider. For some reason, I am beginning to doubt the authenticity of the folks running this site. I had the pleasure of trying to contact them once already, and got a typical response. I would suggest being extremely careful when dealing with this site, due to their conflicting information. For some reason, I find it difficult to believe that a laundry service has millions extra lying around to invest into state of the art internet technology. This site is currently in prelaunch, and I can not be certain of anything as of yet. The advertising sounds wonderful, but with the lack of credibility issue, I would likely avoid it just to be safe. There is the possibility of profit, but if it were true, there would very likely be some real money behind it already. As it stands, it looks like a couple of college kids trying to wrote a check their accounts can't cash.
I have to be fair .
Due to the fact that I have no direct proof that they will not keep their word, I will give you the details of what it is that they are offering. There is a MLM system that can go up to 5 levels deep. You supposedly get a multiplier for each person signed up in your network. There is no limit to the width of each level. So, if it is true, you can sign up 500 or more people directly, then get paid from the next 4 levels of people that sign up beneath of those people. This would be a terrific opportunity, and I signed up when I read the advertising. However, after doing some home work the other information that I gathered suggested that their may be something remiss. The business category misinformation is enough to steer me away. As badly as I would love to be a part of something that was actually like this says it is, anything that sounds to good to be true probably is.
Update
This is hot off the press. Some one affiliated with Wazzub is now resorting to posting links with redirects to get traffic through Craig's list. As I was cruising the site yesterday, I seen an ad for $3900 a month without having to sell anything. I am interested in making money so I checked it out. Come to find out, www.lotsofcashmoney.info is a link to Wazzub. After another Whois search, this company comes back with next to no information except that it is registered to Hugh Wells of Killeen, TX. The account is apparently in some type of jeopardy because the report says that this account can not be transferred or renewed. The registration and expiration dates also match very closely with the ones noted on Wazzub's Whois report. You can look at the report for your self here, or check out the ad on craigslist here
So, the plot thickens. It looks as if craig's list has banned wazzub's advertising. I really can't conceive of why else they would be using a redirect for attaining sign ups. Most reputable companies would never want to remove their name from any link to their company. You can be the judge, I am just reporting what I find. Thank you for reading, follow me if you want to keep up on the latest.

I'd guess your instincts are pretty good: Did you see this hub? http://kschang.hubpages.com/hub/Researching-a-comp
I'm not sure if it is scam. A lot of internet businesses have questionable registrations (a lot of websites under a doubtfull name). But what would be the scam this way, there is no money to get at members. And i see that you have signed up, so you do not see any risks then??
I commented about this on the other Hub about Wazzub but the fact is that they are not reinventing the wheel here. There was company several years ago (All Advantage) that had a similar model, offering "free" registration and a share of advertising. After a 200 million dollar public offering of stock, they folded like an umbrella - why? Because their affiliates were spamming the Internet !! (DAH!)
They are only asking for addition information if you choose to participate in the social
community. This is optional. Still no addition information required to sign up.
RClinton, I have linked your Hub onto my blog that is 'noscamworkathome.biz' because I think it's too important to get the RIGHT information out on this scam. I can't believe people are getting sucked into this.
Yes, All true.
But we all can come to our conclusion in a Month from now isn't it. They have to register their web site, which means they need the Proprietors, names addresses, contact nos etc. Without all this it would just vanish into thin air soon isn,t ir. Just collecting millions of E Mail addresses with so much pains ! For what. We dont give any further infor till proper WEBSITE come sout Ha! launch !
Like saying ! They are giving free gold at he market ! However foolish it is Won't you also go and check to Confirm 1% perhaps they are after all?/
Robert, it's Doreen :) -- I cannot believe the number of people who think that (this company name which I refuse to speak) is going to "capture" a market that Google OWNS in any manner. Talk about people drinking Kool Aid -- If anyone has bothered to read their TOS (and it's clear that some of them didn't) they'll see that the company reserves the right to "use" their email addresses for future promotions. The only one who comes out of this with anything of value is the con artists who are scamming everyone out of their personal information. Seriously when will people wake up and discover that there's no get-rich-quick scheme that works. Spamming a company all over the Internet with POSITIVE information doesn't build anything up except their false reputation. If anyone has bothered to look (which again it's clear they haven't) the company launch has been postponed from 12/11 to 4/1 to 4/9. Wonder what the next excuse will be. Does anyone really think these guys have invested $2M into this la la land ??? I certainly don't.
obviously not (investing 2 million).. what is weird to me is that no reputable profiler is unmasking these thieves yet.
My friend is into this so I tried to do some research only to find almost nothing on this evident scam.. I had the chance to hear part of that web conference this so called Bazil host does, only to find he spends a whole our talking literally about nothing... NOTHING! and at the end of it he SAID as who is talking about the weather "soon you are going to get paid and we will be asking for your tax ID".. what? did he really say tax ID?! Unless you are an illegal alien your TAX ID is your Social Security number! why on earth would anyone need that in order to send you money? Couldn't they just use paypal? what about a check on the mail? SCAM SCAM SCAM ... they might even pay you your first $5 bucks to keep you breathing and encouraging your friends to give up that information, so to steal the hundreds or thousands on credit cards on your/their name a week later.. all you need to steal someone's identity and get $50,000 on credit cards on their name is their "tax id"... or say it in other words, your social security number. Why else would he be saying he will be asking that just before payment?.. I am all ears...
In response to Jane Wilmer's question.
"Why else would he be saying he will be asking that just before payment?.. I am all ears..."
Hello? You must not be American, Because EVERY JOB I ever had REQUIRED that You give Your employer Your "TAX ID". This is not the employers choice, it's the LAW. At least if Your going to talk Sh__, at least talk about something You know about.
Hi there I'm from KSA and it seems to me that when we come to a money I believe all stricted info. about the register him self is needed, I was trying to register many times but 0 link why? I don't know, so I smell somthing that it's not true on WAZZUB.
OK Mr rclinton, so let's say Wazzub is a scam. They do offer to pay by check and the only way they will get my ssn is with a W-9. Regardless, why don't you tell me why you have a FACEBOOK ad on your website? Also, why on earth would you be so angry with a company that has never scammed you. Sounds to me like you are scared as hell that your precious Facebook check is going to get smaller soon.
I hacked were I singed up in wazzub .
so Its fooling drama You agree with me ???? http://autoupdateweb.tk/
thanks rclinton5280
The only lie is that they are investing millions of dollars, though they may also be questionable of other grounds but am taking the risk because of the my funny view of it on my blog.I wrote it as the only article on my "young" blog http://adeniyan.wapka.mobi/
Well, right. You did Good, you made us understand the consequences of the choice we're making. We cnt thank you enought for that.THANK YOU
Closed Minded people miss a lot of chances. I am OLD, but I've been there, done that. It will be what it is, and there's nothing that You can say that will change the out come. But if by chance WE succeed, then this blog will be just a painful reminder to Your followers how You helped to steal their one chance at a good life. Im not yelling at You, or angry at You. Everyone is intitled to their opinion. May God Bless You and Yours.
Mike (Flansburg) I think you are delusional. Seriously do you really think that this is going to turn out well? I've been online for a LONG time and pie in the sky nonsense with NO information is NOT a good sign of things to come.
"I think you are delusional" Are You a phychatrist?
"Seriously do you really think that this is going to turn out well?" Are You a psychic?
And as for "I've been online for a LONG time" I have been online before the internet was ever dreamed of (BBS)
ROTFLMAO Oh, Sorry about that Rolling On The Floor Laughing My Ass Off. It's hard to have a battle of wit's with a unarmed person. I don't usally speak this way to people online, but in this case i think it's warranted. WE all must live with the choice's WE make.
Thanks Robert - I appreciate the heads up on this. It's Doreen by the way.
If someone thinks that the way to get me to think that this site is not a scam is by insulting me and calling my intelligence into question that's ok.
Since I've been online since back in the day when Channel 2 was the only "real" Internet I've learned that trolls are everywhere and that people who think they can get something for nothing are everywhere too. Too bad that all you wind up getting for that is a lot of spam messages and you remain broke ;)
As you know I run a site where I actually call out these online scams and you saved me HOURS of work by doing so much research on this one.
But there are the seriously deluded who have no real names, no photographs and a hope and a prayer of getting something for merely spamming their friends and relatives...well.....they speak for themselves.
Since we are supposedly less than 24 hours away from this big "launch" then everyone will see that this company (if you can call it that) has no shot at being the next Google (or Facebook)
Hi Clinton
I have a hard time struggling with this scam too. It is too new and, therefore, lack of insight information. Your article gives me some new ideas to support mine.
Thanks a lot.
Yes the wazzub money calculator also not calculate more than 7 digit. It always show 9,999,999
It's the day after, how was the launch? I've been going thru' blogs, hoping to catch the latest on this wazzub hype. Mr. Clinton, pls confirm you were right. (You've convinced me with your thorough research earlier, though I've registered with them before reading your blog) The silence is deafening!
The launch was yesterday: today, the site is still a cheap looking sales page asking people to sign up. Nothing more than it has been for the past several months.
Doesn't sound too good. Better stick to the reputable sites. Who wants to waste time and money to make someone else rich?
Thanks for sharing this! I try different income opps and then share my results on hubs or my blogs. Saved me a headache!
Oh Lookie here: perfectinter.net
guess who owns it?
Ya you guessed: http://www.whois.com/whois/perfectinter.net
You know these guys are serial MLM'rs right? So chances are that they are gathering email addresses to promote their other scams.
"You know these guys are serial MLM'rs right? So chances are that they are gathering email addresses to promote their other scams."
Perfect guess!
i m confused !!! don't know what will happen or not......but i still hope positively :@

@DMartelonline Yup, Thats right! and keep your eye on that server. I mean, who else would it be? Do you think they would get another server and register it under some other name other than their own name?

WHO told you it couldn't be done? and, what great achievement has he to his credit that entitles him to use the word "impossible" so freely?
@Timaeus 2012 Well said!
how to recieve money to wazzub please reply to my email-muskantkn@Gmail.com
its true no body wants to waste time and money making someone he / she doesn't know rich
This definitely falls under the illegal pyramid scam. No product to sell and all you have to do is sign up and recruit. That's the real definition. There are legitimate MLM businesses out there. Generally if there is no product to sell and a promise of money for recruiting others; it is too good to be true. Thanks for the hub!
Kenneth,I guess you didnt read their FAQ,so you don't have an idea why the whole world agreed. We are nt stupid, most of us are so literate about things like this. They had such a perfect plan.
And Tameeshwar or whatever you call yourself, get the f**k out of here.
wazzub is not a scam, its real.you better allow it enter into your thick skull
I signed up with a throw away email address and now I can't find a cancel my membership button anywhere
Here,, is my experience with wazzub,,, I signed up few months ago,, and sent a link to some of my friends and they signed up too.. according to my link,, the calculator was at 8 points for me,, then when it is supposed that the site ia launched ad when me and any of my friends try to sign in,, a messge appear to us that this email is not present in the data base,, so they sure a scam trying to collect as much they can of emails
it is real scam ,trust me , many many times wazzub change it launch date to collect more users , and if you read the Privacy Policy , you will see that it need your id and your real name and copy of your passport , it is a real scam , please i recommend all to stop joining this website
If you look at this company you will see that wazzub is trying to copy this one not that they actually are but only saying they are look at the free product and every thing they say this company has it and wazzub promises to have it http://leetbar.com
maybe it's a scam. . But I'll wait until they paid me for my $factor. . .
competitors are desperately with the launch of WAZZUB because it's going to be a great impact to all of them, that's why they spend time and money publishing things like Wazzub is definitely scam.
Don't waste your time WAZZUB already has a wonderful web page....www. perfectinter.net get in there and see how many importants companies got associated with them, like google.Amazon, facebook,ESPN, Wazzub is a total a different idea it never happens before, that's why many dorcs don't believe it, but I do , and to make you suffer, our first payday would be May 15 ahhh jajaaa how you like it ?
I almost spit my coffee out reading your comment Luis. Those companies are not "associated" with Wazzub -- those are RSS feeds with the logos next to them. There is no *association* in the true sense. It's NOT a new idea in fact, I just tripped over another site that is PROMISING exactly the same thing ..... we'll see how your first "payday" goes.
Hi RClinton5280
What did you do to sever your connection with WAZZUB?
or what do you suggest?
is there any way to shut down their websites?
im just a student, my professor believes that wazzub is for real... and thereof, he requires us to invite lots of people and a certain incentives will be given to us the more we invite, sounds good right? but my point is... i don't want to do anything that is not related with MY STUDIES. Is there any way to report or shut down their website as soon as possible, maybe tomorrow? just like that. it's really freaking me out and i know that it isn't true. I guess wazzub is a way of hacking our emails and passwords. i've experience trouble signing in one of my account which is also signed up in wazzub... i can't open my account in yahoo anymore :(
wazzub is really a waste of time.
Im reading all this and nt sure,I signed up today under sumone who sent me their link,it said I will get a verification code,to my knowledge this happens almost immediately,Its about 2hrs now and stil no code.Im concerned nw that they have my email details and password I entered,is this bad.
You guys make it sound as if your emails addresses are carved into stone and are genetically inbred ? Are you guys all retards? if you are all so insecure why not cancel your email account and create a new one, it takes only a few minutes on gmail ? Why would you use your main email address for online risk profiteering? HuuH !! I DON'T KNOW?
Did you notice your blog constantly refers to " WHAT IF MY EMAIL IS USED FOR SPAM" Thats right ! if your email gets used for spam your whole world will stop today :) You guys are all so freaken GAY !!!! You should all go and be trained in special ed classes :) WAZZZZZUBBB HuuuH!!!! This blog was truly written for Beavis and Butthead . Clinton / Martel , I’m truly embarrassed to say that I share this planet with croutons like you guys.
Wow talk about faux outrage and childishness. Seriously....
Ted trust me I'm far more embarrassed to be sharing the planet with boneheads like you that can't have a reasonable disagreement without attacking people.
What you need is not a blog to protect yourself and others from all your delusional fears it’s a psychologist and if that doesn't work you can try some pepper spray. Buy the cutesy pink can it will look great with your outfit. You never know who will be waiting at your door step, it could be a big husky boogie man in tights . OPPS !! NOW DON'T GET KINKY WITH THAT PEPER SPRAY , MR. CLINTON :)
Now lets get serious , you can get more info from a phone book than the info shared on Wazzub and I can still sleep at night time .The same is to be said with all the previous generations . Did your parents and grand-parents ever have line ups of sales people knocking at their doors ? beside the vacuum sales guys. They all had their names and addresses / phone numbers listed in the phone books and nowadays you can even list your email address. That is way more information than what Wazzub is asking for . I know because I just did my research. You should stop these scaremonger tactics and get a life Mr.Clinton.
Ted,like you said, you create another e-mail so there is no chance to be spammed. So for you danger is close to nothing,i will tell you why this is a scam, they will take your e-mail,and 6.5 million other morons who believed them and sell them, again and again and again making millions of dollars. This is what people don't get, they will sell your personal information(some people gived adresess also?).And why would a website take so much time to launch? Good job Mr. Clinton, when your motives are pure, there are some idiots believing so much in the lie that there is no other possibility
Did you see the latest: NEW LAUNCH DATE: 8/1/2012. Only 8 months later than originally promised (LMAO)
actually this is even more amusing "May 22 through May31:
Pre-Launch members who are qualified for payments update their profile in members’ area and upload proof of identity.
Note: we are bound by U.S. Law to make payments only to individuals with proven identity.
Our Anti-Fraud Department will delete all cheaters from our data base. Those cheaters who try to receive money by giving personal data will be sued in the USA and/or their country.". So that means that ONLY if you send them photo id you can collect real $$'s. I wonder how GOogle processes millions of dollars a month in payouts without ids?
How does Google do it?? If your location "REQUIRES A TAX ID" then you MUST provide it. This is required in the U.S.A. Here is what Google says.
"Provide your tax information (not required in all locations)
Depending on your location, we may be required to collect tax-related information from you. If you're required to provide tax information, you can do so by visiting the Account settings page in your AdSense account. Look for the Payment settings section and click the "edit" link next to Tax information. Our interface will help guide you to the appropriate forms and requirements for your particular situation. "
From Google Adsense Fourm: "All accounts need to be verified using the PIN, and the phone verification and all the other things, like entering your TAX INFO and selecting the PIN.
The PIN is generally first issued somewhere around a week or two after the $10 threshold."
PEOPLE FROM EARHT!! DON'T BE SO CREDIBILY....WAZZUB IS A FU*KING SCAM!! THEY PROMISED ON 1 IULY,,,AND NOW 1 AUGUST...FUCK OFF WAZZUB!!!
MFlansburg: A confirmation telephone number and a photo identification is FAR from the same thing. I have been working online for years. I have only one time been asked to provide photo identification and it was only because I was going to be dealing with sensitive financial information. I would no sooner scan my photo id to a scumbag who has a long history of scamming people than I would fly to the moon. Wazzub has no reputation (outside of a negative one) and their "principals" well, they have no principles.
Martin you're an idiot if you think that anyone here is going to fall for your stupid link. Did you bother reading this at all or did you just decide spamming was smart? Seriously.
big scam

Janet 3 months ago
If Wazzub was scam they would have millions of people blogging against them all over the internet.
They will lose all their credibility in a flash not to mention all advertisers involve.
That is the reason I believe they are a legitimate entity.
Thanks,
Janet
